As a professional triathlete, I understand fine-tuned performance. I've competed all across the country, representing Canada twice on an international stage. I've been coaching nutrition and exercise for more than 6 years and I practice what I preach—using myself as a testing ground. My skill set lies in understanding behaviour change through strong client-coach communication to ensure sustainable results.
I'm both level 1 and level 2 certified through Precision Nutrition and I am currently studying to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Driven by helping people develop realistic and healthy habits, I'll be your motivator and accountability partner. I believe that achieving a goal shouldn't end at the finish line, it should be sustainable and long-lasting, too. As a hands-on coach, I'm always at your fingertips to help you every step of the way.
My education and MBA taught me how to strategically solve problems, a skill that I have transferred into the field of fitness. Over my years of coaching, I've developed a toolbox filled with resources to successfully help clients manage their time and energy, and meet their goals in a way that suits their lifestyle.
